eCRM designs for all stages of the campaign lifecycle

Challenge
Sky required a full suite of customer emails to promote Sky Protect, their pioneering home protection insurance and devices package. Aiming to educate customers about their products and proposition, finding the sweet spot between engaging, fun, and brand-led eCRM communications.
Process
Researched and planned the stages in communication, optimising content and interactions as customers received initial discovery emails, through to conversion and purchase, ensuring branding was correct and consistent. Versions were tested with feedback informing iterations.
Solution
Final set of emails were designed with best practices and feedback in mind, with planned, timed deliveries from discovery, to purchase, and through the lifecycle to renewal. Designs had a consistent look and feel, featuring customisable on-brand components that could be used interchangeably.
